The FCC decides everyone should have broadband, and they want taxpayers to pay the bill. It would be paid for the same way that phone service was expanded to everyone, by taxing everyone's phone service. I guess if they would tax everyone that has broadband in order to expand its availability to rural areas.

The Feds want to rule the world, and you will have no say on how your tax dollars are spent.
