Don't layoffs suck?

Even if you are not the target of a layoff, you see people who are qualified for their jobs that you like being forced to leave. It is sad and depressing.
Who knows they might find better jobs elsewhere, but probably not in New Jersey.
Can you hear the great sucking sound of taxes and state bankruptcy?
